Savoir Cheese

  • Yield: 6 servings


6ounces cream cheese with chives
-- White wine to taste
1 to 2teaspoon poppy seeds
-- Seasoned salt to taste
-- Garlic salt to taste
-- Paprika


  1. Combine the cream cheese, wine, poppy seeds, seasoned salt and garlic salt in a bowl and mix well.  Shape the mixture into a ball.  Sprinkle with paprika to add color.  Chill in the refrigerator until serving time.  Serve with assorted crackers.
