- Yield: 6 servings
- 6ounces cream cheese with chives
- -- White wine to taste
- 1 to 2teaspoon poppy seeds
- -- Seasoned salt to taste
- -- Garlic salt to taste
- -- Paprika
- Combine the cream cheese, wine, poppy seeds, seasoned salt and garlic salt in a bowl and mix well. Shape the mixture into a ball. Sprinkle with paprika to add color. Chill in the refrigerator until serving time. Serve with assorted crackers.
