Sautéed Patty Pan Squash

Ingredients

1 slice bacon or country ham
1 pound small patty pan squash, cut in half horizontally
chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Sauté 1 strip of bacon or ham. Add squash and saute 7 minutes or until browned and tender. Sprinkle with basil.
