Sausage Balls

  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings


1pound hot sausage
3cups Bisquick
10ounces extra sharp Cheddar cheese


  1. Grate cheese and allow to soften.  Mix all ingredients well with hands.  Shape into small balls.  Bake 15-20 minutes at 350F.

Note:  For a sausage ball with a less smooth appearance but more “sausage taste”, use only 2 cups Bisquick.
