- Yield: 6 to 8 servings
- 1pound hot sausage
- 3cups Bisquick
- 10ounces extra sharp Cheddar cheese
- Grate cheese and allow to soften. Mix all ingredients well with hands. Shape into small balls. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350F.
Note: For a sausage ball with a less smooth appearance but more “sausage taste”, use only 2 cups Bisquick.
