Sausage And Peppers Jambalaya

  • Yield 4-6 servings


1 package Chicken Italian Style Sausages
1 medium Red Bell Pepper Sliced
1 medium Green Bell Pepper Sliced
1 large White Onion Sliced
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 package Zatarain's Jambalaya Rice


Place olive oil in a skillet on medium-high temperature,Slice Sausages;  add Sausages, Peppers and Onions and saute until peppers are tender, onions are caramelized and peppers are lightly browned and done through. (about 5 minutes) Prepare Zatarain's Jambalaya Rice per instructions and set aside. Serve the Sausages and Peppers/Onions over the rice. So easy!
