Sausage and Bean soup2

  • Yield: 8-10 servings

Ingredients

2packages pork sausage
4cans diced tomatoes
4cans pinto beans undrained
1large onion diced
1large green pepper diced
1teaspoon salt and pepper( to taste)

Instructions

Brown sausage( until no longer pink) ( I use one regular roll and one hot roll ) with the onion and green pepper. In a soup pot, put the tomatoes and beans. Add sausage mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with crackers and enjoy
