Salmon with Miso
- Yield 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 4 -- (5-ounce) salmon fillets
Instructions
- Combine brown sugar, miso paste, soy sauce and hot water. Spoon over salmon fillets, and broil 10 minutes. Serves 4.
