Salmon with Miso

  • Yield 4 servings

Ingredients

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons miso paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hot water
4 -- (5-ounce) salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Combine brown sugar, miso paste, soy sauce and hot water. Spoon over salmon fillets, and broil 10 minutes. Serves 4.
