Salmon with Artichokes

5ounces boursin cheese
1 (8-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Fresh basil
4 (6-ounce) Alaskan salmon fillets


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine cheese, artichoke hearts and basil. Pat onto salmon. Bake about 15 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with rice.
