Salmon with Artichokes

- 5ounces boursin cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- Fresh basil
- 4 (6-ounce) Alaskan salmon fillets
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine cheese, artichoke hearts and basil. Pat onto salmon. Bake about 15 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with rice.
