PrintEmail Ingredients 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 teaspoon dried dillweed1 tablespoon grated lemon rind1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice1 (14-ounce) cn water-packed red salmon, drained, bones removed, and flaked1 cup finely chopped celery1/3 cup chopped red onion1 tablespoon drained capers Salt and pepper to taste Instructions In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, dillweed, lemon rind and lemon juice. Stir in the salmon, celery, red onion and capers. Season with salt and pepper.
