Roasted Pumpkin

Gather ye pumpkins while ye may...then roast them golden brown and gobble them up.
Ingredients
- 1 -- (3-pound) pie or cooking pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- -- Salt and pepper
- -- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Cut pumpkin in half and scoop out seeds. Cut halves in to 1-inch wedges. Toss with remaining ingredients. Bake 30 to 45 minutes, or until pumpkin is tender.
