- 1-- (3-pound) pie or cooking pumpkin
- 2tablespoons maple syrup, honey or brown sugar
- 1tablespoon olive oil

- Preheat oven to 375F. Cut pumpkin in half and scoop out seeds. Cut halves in to 1-inch wedges. Toss with remaining ingredients. Bake 30 to 45 minutes, or until pumpkin is tender.
