Roasted Peppers with Polenta and Cheese

1package pre-cooked polenta polenta
1tablespoon olive oil
Roasted bell peppers
Sliced provolone cheese


  1. Cut polenta into 8 slices. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add polenta slices and saute 3 minutes on each side. Cover with roasted bell peppers and sliced provolone cheese; cover skillet and cook until cheese melts.
