Roasted Pepper and Walnut Hummus

2 cups garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped fine
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 whole sundried tomatoes in oil
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
3 whole red roasted peppers
1 teaspoon kosher salt
-- A dash of white pepper
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup pomegranate juice


  1. Blend in Cuisinart while Cuisinart is going add ¼ cup extra light olive oil
  2. Serve with Pita Bread- Yum!
