Roasted Pepper and Walnut Hummus

2cups garbanzo beans, rinsed
1tablespoon garlic, chopped fine
1/4cup lemon juice
4whole sundried tomatoes in oil
1/2cup toasted walnuts
3whole red roasted peppers
1teaspoon kosher salt
-- A dash of white pepper
2tablespoons parsley
1tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4cup pomegranate juice


  1. Blend in Cuisinart while Cuisinart is going add ¼ cup extra light olive oil
  2. Serve with Pita Bread- Yum!
