Rice Pudding with Raisins and Nutmeg

Beat 4 eggs. Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup cooked rice and 2 cups milk and 1/2 cup raisins. Stir and pour into pyrex dish and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 1 hour. Pudding is good warm or cold.

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup cooked rice
2 cups milk
1/2 cup California Raisins
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat eggs. Add sugar,  cooked rice, milk and raisins. Stir and pour into glass baking dish. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake 1 hour. Pudding is good warm or cold.
