Rice Casserole

  • Yield 4 servings

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
1 can cream corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 cup chopped, sauted onion
2 cups 5-minute rice
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain ground beef. Saute onions. In casserole sprayed with non-stick spray, empty corn and tomatoes, and rice.  Add cooked beef and onion, and stir in rice.  Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for thirty minutes, uncovered.
