Rhubarb Dump Cake

  • Yield 12+ servings

Ingredients

4 cups rhubarb
2 cans cherry or strawberry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks margarine ( melted )

Instructions

spread pie filling on bottom of greased 13 X 9 X 2 pan

layer with rhubarb pieces

cover with cake mix and pat evenly

cover with melted margarine

bake one (1) hour @ 350 until golden brown

serve with whipped cream, "cool whip", ice cream
