Raspberry Pink-Grapefruit Mimosa

A pretty-in-pink sparkling sip for spring brunches.

Raspberry Pink Grapefruit Mimosa


2 ounces chilled fresh pink or red grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce Chambord (or another dark-berry liqueur, such as crème de cassis)
3 to 5 ounces chilled sparkling wine
Grapefruit twist, for garnish


  1. Pour the grapefruit juice and Chambord into a chilled Champagne flute. Slowly add the sparkling wine and gently stir to blend. Garnish the glass with a grapefruit twist.
