Raisin Sauce
- Yield 8 to 10 servings
Serve this sweet raisin sauce over ham.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and cook until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Serve with ham.
