Raisin Sauce

  • Yield 8 to 10 servings

Serve this sweet raisin sauce over ham.


1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
1/2 cup seedless raisins


  1. Combine all ingredients and cook until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.  Serve with ham.
