Quinoa Ooh-La

  • Yield 4 cups

Ingredients

5 ounces bag of baby spinach and mixed greens
1/2 cup quinoa ( cooked)
1/2 cup sesame seed ginger dressing
1 small cucumber (diced)
1 pint fresh fruit (whole blueberries, sliced strawberries, diced peaches)

Instructions

Toss first four ingredients.

Let set for an hour.

Add fruit pieces immediately before serving.
