Quinoa Ooh-La

  • Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

5ounces bag of baby spinach and mixed greens
1/2cup quinoa ( cooked)
1/2cup sesame seed ginger dressing
1small cucumber (diced)
1pint fresh fruit (whole blueberries, sliced strawberries, diced peaches)

Instructions

Toss first four ingredients.

Let set for an hour.

Add fruit pieces immediately before serving.
