Quick Bean Dip

  • Yield 4 servings

Ingredients

15 ounces Refried Beans
5 ounces Salsa
6 ounces Shredded jack or mozzerella cheese
8 ounces Tortilla chips for dipping

Instructions

Layer the can of refried beans into a shallow 9 or 8  inch baking dish.  Top with the Salsa.  Top with the shredded cheese.

Heat in microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes,  Turn baking dish half a turn and microwave again  approzimately 1 minute, or until cheese is completely melted in the middle.

Dip the chips!!! UMM Ummm!    Serves 4 to 6 people for dipping.
