Purple Cow

  • Yield: 3 servings


1cup (8-ounces) vanilla yogurt
1/4cup milk
2tablespoons frozen grape juice concentrate, slightly thawed
3/4cup club soda or mineral water


  1. Combine yogurt, milk and juice concentrate in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Fill 3 tall glasses with ice. Add 1/2 cup grape mixture and 1/4 cup club soda to each glass. Stir and serve.
