Pumpkin Fudge

  • Yield 9X9 servings


3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 package 12 oz. white chocolate chips
1 ounce 7 oz. marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Stir together the first 6 ingredients in large saucepan. Cook stirring constantly to soft ball stage(234 degrees) Remove pan from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients untl smooth and well blended. Pour into a 9 in. square, foil lined pan. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Enjoy.
