- Yield: 6 to 10 servings

- Preheat the oven to 325F. Place the beef, rib side down, in a shallow roasting pan. Rub on the curry powder, onion salt and pepper, creating a thick paste. use generous amounts of the spices.
- Roast for 30 minutes per pound.
