Power Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground turkey
1 -- egg
1 box frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup craisins
1 package whole wheat sandwich thins
1/2 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

Put turkey, egg, spinach, walnuts and craisins in a large bowl and blend thoroughly. Patty up 6 patties and cook on WEBER grill or an electric grill until done. Serve on wheat sandwich thins topped with cranberry spread.
