• Yield 10 to 12 servings


5 pounds potatoes
1 stick butter
12 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon salt &pepper
1 small diced onion


  1. peel and cube potatoes and cook till tender, drain.
  2. add diced onion,butter, cream cheese,sour cream and salt n pepper.
  3. beat till smooth. put in bowl and  fridge. best if made at least 24 hours ahead
  4.  reheat in oven at 350f for 25-30 mins till heated through.
  5. stir and enjoy.
