- Yield 10 to 12 servings
- 5 pounds potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt &pepper
- 1 small diced onion
- peel and cube potatoes and cook till tender, drain.
- add diced onion,butter, cream cheese,sour cream and salt n pepper.
- beat till smooth. put in bowl and fridge. best if made at least 24 hours ahead
- reheat in oven at 350f for 25-30 mins till heated through.
- stir and enjoy.
