- Yield 6 servings
- 6 portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- Do not wash mushrooms. Remove stems.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over mushrooms. Let marinate at least for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Place mushrooms in a roasting pan. Place in oven and roast 1 hour.
