Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

6 portobello mushrooms
1 cup canola oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced shallots
3 tablespoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Do not wash mushrooms.  Remove stems.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over mushrooms. Let marinate at least for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 300F.
  4. Place mushrooms in a roasting pan. Place in oven and roast 1 hour.
