Pork with Fig Preserves

  • Yield: 8 servings


1/2cup fig preserves
3tablespoons soy sauce
2-- garlic cloves, crushed
2-- (1-pound) whole pork tenderloins


  1. Combine fig preserves, soy sauce and garlic. Roast pork tenderloins 15 minutes at 375F. Brush with fig mixture during last 5 minutes of roasting.
