Pork with Fig Preserves

A succulent pork tenderloin using only simple pantry ingredients makes dinner a snap.
- 1/2 cup fig preserves
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 -- garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 -- (1-pound) whole pork tenderloins
- Combine fig preserves, soy sauce and garlic. Roast pork tenderloins 15 minutes at 375F. Brush with fig mixture during last 5 minutes of roasting.
