You are here: Home » Recipes » Pork Pot Stickers and Green Curry-Coconut Sauce Pork Pot Stickers and Green Curry-Coconut Sauce Recipe by National Pork Board Yield 6 servings Prep 15 mins Cook 25 mins PrintEmail Ingredients 20-21 -- wonton wrappers, (about 1/2 of a 12-oz package)2 tablespoons vegetable oilPot Sticker Filling:8 ounces pork tenderloin, cut into cubes (about half of 1 tenderloin)2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon ginger, grated1 tablespoon lemongrass, grated1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced1/4 teaspoon ground white pepperGreen Curry-Coconut Sauce:1 -- (14-ounce) can coconut milk1 -- (11-ounce) can chicken broth -- Juice of one lime2 teaspoons lime zest2 teaspoons green curry paste1/4 teaspoon kosher salt Instructions For pot sticker filling: Combine all ingredients in a food processor; purée until smooth. Brush wonton wrappers lightly with water on one side. Place about 2 teaspoons of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold the wrapper up around the filling, pressing to seal in pork filling. Set aside. For sauce: In a large saucepan, stir together all ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes; remove from heat. Set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Place pot stickers in the skillet; brown both sides. When pot stickers are brown, pour sauce in skillet. Bring to a boil; simmer for 1 minute. Serve pot stickers on plate and spoon sauce over top.
