Pork Chops to Live For
- Yield 4 servings
- 4 -- pork chops with some fat
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 envelope lipton onion soup
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
stir until combined: 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of cream of chicken, 1 can of beef broth and 1 envelope of lipton onion soup. pour into lined crock pot.
mix together the flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. coat generously both sides of each pork chop.
push pork chops down under the liquid mixture inside crock pot so that they cannot be seen.
cook on low setting 7-8 hours.
pork chops should be served with the gravy that is in crock.
