Pork Chop Casserole

4 Pork Chops - boneless or bone in
1/2 cup Long Grain Rice
1 cup No-Salt-Added Stewed Tomatoes
1 cup Low-Sodium Beef Broth
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Onion - chopped


  1. Brown chops in a little bit of olive oil.  Place in casserole.  Add rice and onion to the skillet and saute until golden brown.  Add rest of ingredients and simmer 3-4 minutes.  Add this mixture to casserole.  Cover and bake 1 hour at 350F.
