Pizza Soup

32 ounces Chicken Broth
1 large Onion Chopped
2 cans Basil, Garlic and Oreagano Diced Tomatoes
2 medium Green Peppers Chopped
2 cans Sliced Mushrooms
3 gallons Water
4 link Italian Sausage Cooked and Sliced
1 package Diced pepperoni pieces
1 can Green Olives sliced
1 can Black olives sliced
2 packages Cheese Tortellini
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper


Bring broth to a slow boil and add all the vegetables including the tomatoes. Add water and return to a boil. Add sausage, pepperoni and olives. Cook on med heat for 1.5 hrs. Add tortellini during final 10 min. they will puff up and absorb the flavors of all ingredients. A great Winter warmer.
