Pink Love Champagne Cocktail

The recipe combines the finesse of Cognac, the seductiveness of Chambord (a raspberry liqueur), and the effervescent charm of Champagne all in one drink.


3/4ounce Cognac
1/4ounce Chambord or crème de cassis
Chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
1 raspberry, optional


  1. Pour the Cognac and Chambord into a flute. Fill the flute with Champagne. Garnish with a toothpick-speared raspberry, if you like.
