Pink Love Champagne Cocktail

  • Yield 1 servings

Champagne cocktails always make a dashing way to embark on the evening.

Richard Swearinger

The recipe combines the finesse of Cognac, the seductiveness of Chambord (a raspberry liqueur), and the effervescent charm of Champagne all in one drink.

3/4 ounce Cognac
1/4 ounce Chambord or crème de cassis
Chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
1 raspberry, optional

  1. Pour the Cognac and Chambord into a flute. Fill the flute with Champagne. Garnish with a toothpick-speared raspberry, if you like.
