Pineapple Drop Cookies
- Yield servings
"My two sons love these cookies. It's a recipe handed down from my mother and is quick and easy. She was my sons' 'Nanny,' so they would ask for 'Nanny's Cookies.' She died when my oldest son was only 3, but I guess this was one of their ways of remembering her."

Tips From Our Test Kitchen: Give these cookies a splash of summertime with colored sugar and icing dots, or add 1 cup fresh coconut for a tropical cookie.
