Pecan Pie Muffins

A delicious fall breakfast for on the go.
"A friend gave me this recipe when she was visiting us. I tried and have been making it ever since. Everyone who eats it wants the recipe, so I will just share it with everyone else at American Profile. The secret, of course, is in using real butter."
Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
- Pour into a greased mini-muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
