PrintEmail Ingredients 1 pound ground pears (1 1/2 cups)1 1/2 cups sugar1/4 cup canned crushed pineapple1 teaspoon lemon juice Instructions Wash, peel, and core fruit. Put pears through a food chopper, using coarse blade. Mix all ingredients and heat mixture, stirring thoroughly until sugar is dissolved. Boil canning jars. Adjust jar lids and bands. Process in boiling water bath canner (212F) for 10 minutes.
