Peanut Butter Pie with Mini Chocolate Chips

2 (8 oz.)packages Cream Cheese
2cups Powdered sugar (xx)
2cups Creamy Peanut Butter
1cup Milk
2teaspoons Vanilla
16ounces Cool Whip
2 9-inch deep dish graham cracker pie crusts
Largepackage Mini-chocolate chips


Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Blend in peanut butter, milk and vanilla.  Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip, then fold in the rest.  Fold in mini-chocolate chips.  Pour into pie crusts.
