Peanut Butter Pie with Mini Chocolate Chips

  • Yield 12 servings


2 (8 oz.) packages Cream Cheese
2 cups Powdered sugar (xx)
2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla
16 ounces Cool Whip
2 9-inch deep dish graham cracker pie crusts
Large package Mini-chocolate chips


Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Blend in peanut butter, milk and vanilla.  Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip, then fold in the rest.  Fold in mini-chocolate chips.  Pour into pie crusts.
