Peanut Butter-Vanilla Pudding Pie
- Yield 6-10 pieces
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Crunchy P-nut Butter
- 1 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 3.4oz boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1/3 cup Chopped Virginia P-nuts
Instructions
Mix together p-nut butter and powdered sugar (to crumbly state). Put 3/4 mixture in cool pie shell. Prepare pudding mix as per pie instructions on box and pour over mixture in pie shell. Cover pudding with generous amount cool whip. Put remainder of p-nut butter/powdered sugar mixture on top. Add chopped p-nuts on top. Cover and refrigerate. ENJOY
