Peanut Butter Fudge

  • Yield 1 servings


2/3 cup evaporated milk
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margerine
12 ounces peanut butter chips
1 pint marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Combine evaporated milk, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Continue boiling for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter chips. Stir until all chips are melted. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a 9×13 pan and let cool to room temperature.
