Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

  • Yield 12 servings

This easy fudge makes a great holiday gift.


1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup peanut butter


  1. Combine butter, baking cocoa, milk and sugar in saucepan;  mix well.  Cook over medium heat until blended, stirring constantly.  Boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.  Remove from heat.  Stir in vanilla and peanut butter.  Beat with mixer until thickened.  Pour into buttered dish.  Cool.  Cut into squares.
