PrintEmail Ingredients 2 cups sugar1/2 cup evaporated milk2 tablespoons butter1 teaspoon vanilla extract3/4 cup creamy peanut butter Instructions Combine the sugar, evaporated milk and butter in a saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Add the vanilla and peanut butter and mix well. Pour into a dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Let stand until firm. Cut into squares.
