Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

  • Yield: 20 to 24 servings


2cups sugar
1/2cup evaporated milk
2tablespoons butter
1teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4cup creamy peanut butter


  1. Combine the sugar, evaporated milk and butter in a saucepan and mix well.  Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.  Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.  Remove from the heat.  Add the vanilla and peanut butter and mix well.  Pour into a dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.  Let stand until firm.  Cut into squares.
