Peanut Buster Parfait

Ingredients
- 42 -- OREOS-crushed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream-softened
- 1 jar -- chocolate syrup
- 1 cup spanish peanuts
- 9 ounces Cool Whip
Instructions
Melt 1/4 c. butter & mix with the crushed Oreos. Spread 1/2 of Oreo mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Spread 1/2 gallon of softened ice cream over Oreo crumbs-put in freezer til firm. Spread jar of chocolate syrup over ice cream, sprinkle 1 c. spanish peanuts on top of syrup. Spread 9 oz. of Cool Whip over the top, sprinkle with the remaining Oreo cookies. Freeze.
