Peaches au Gratin
- Yield: 6 servings
- 1 (15-ounce) can peach halves, drained
- 4tablespoons butter, melted
- 4tablespoons sugar
- 12 macaroons, crumbled
- 1cup lemon yogurt
- Place peaches in baking dish, cut side up. Cover with butter, sugar and macaroon crumbs.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Top with lemon yogurt and serve.
NOTE: Use fresh peaches when available.
