Peaches au Gratin

  • Yield 6 servings

Serve for dessert or breakfast. Only five ingredients makes it quick and easy.


1 (15-ounce) can peach halves, drained
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 tablespoons sugar
12 macaroons, crumbled
1 cup lemon yogurt


  1. Place peaches in baking dish, cut side up. Cover with butter, sugar and macaroon crumbs.
  2. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Top with lemon yogurt and serve.

NOTE: Use fresh peaches when available.
