Peach Salsa with Jalapeno and Cilantro

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped ripe, but firm peaches
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and chill. Serve with chips or with grilled chicken, fish or turkey burgers. Makes about 2 cups.
