Peach Salsa with Jalapeno and Cilantro

A quick-and-easy topping for fish, chicken or turkey burgers.

2 cups chopped ripe, but firm peaches
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


  1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and chill. Serve with chips or with grilled chicken, fish or turkey burgers. Makes about 2 cups.
