Peach Salsa with Jalapeno and Cilantro

2cups chopped ripe, but firm peaches
1/4cup minced red onion
1small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2tablespoons chopped cilantro


  1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and chill. Serve with chips or with grilled chicken, fish or turkey burgers. Makes about 2 cups.
