Peach Bisque

This peach bisque will be a hit at your next adult party.


5 cups sour cream
5 cups plain yogurt
3 cups apple juice
3 cups sugar
1 cup peach schnapps
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
-- Whipped cream
-- Nutmeg to taste


  1. Combine the sour cream, yogurt, apple juice, sugar, peach schnapps, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon nutmeg in a bowl, stirring until blended.  Chill, covered, in the refrigerator until serving time.
  2. Ladle into soup bowls.  Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg to taste. This may be prepared 1 day in advance and stored, covered, in the refrigertor.  Stir before serving.
