Ingredients 1 (10-ounce) package of frozen snow peas or sugar snap peas (cooked 2 minutes)1 (10-ounce) package of frozen small peas (thawed)1 cup cashews1 cup chopped cauliflower1 cup low-fat salad dressing1/2 cup low-fat sour cream1/3 cup diced red onion1/3 cup diced celery1/4 cup crumbled bacon Instructions Mix all ingredients except bacon in large bowl and chill for at least two hours.
