Party Meatballs

  • Yield 40 pieces


2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 pinch garlic powder
2 large eggs
1 scoop plain bread crumbs (not Italian-style)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 package (a bottle) Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard


Mix the first 5 ingredients well and roll the mixture into balls.  Brown the meat balls in oil.  Drain the meat balls well.  Stir the sauce ingredients together, add the meat balls, and warm all to serve.
