Parsley Parmesan Baked Chicken

- Cook: 45 minutes
- 4 chicken legs
- 2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1bunch flat leaf parsley
- 4 organic lemons
- 1/4cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake the chicken legs for 40 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Wash and chop the parsley. Zest and juice the lemons, straining out any seeds. Mix the lemon zest and juice with the Parmesan. Sprinkle over the chicken and cook for 5 minutes more.
