Parmesan Crisps

The perfect crunchy bread to serve with a big bowl of soup.

Ingredients

3 -- pieces naan or pita bread, cut into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Toss bread, oil and cheese together. Spread on a baking sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
