- 3 -- pieces naan or pita bread, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Toss bread, oil and cheese together. Spread on a baking sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
