PrintEmail Ingredients 1 -- cut up chicken1/4 cup vegetable oil1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1 cup chicken broth1 tablespoon paprika1 -- chopped onion1/4 cup ketchup1 tablespoon parsley flakes2 tablespoons flour1 cup sour cream -- Rice Instructions Brown chicken in oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Move chicken to one side, add onion and cook until tender. Stir in broth, ketchup, paprika, and parsley. Simmer covered 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken pieces. Put on serving dish and keep warm. Blend sour cream and flour. Stir in drippings in skillet. Simmer over very low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Do not allow mixture to come to a full boil. Serve on rice or mashed potatoes.
