PrintEmail Ingredients 1/4 pound margarine1 cup sugar2 eggs, separated1/2 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup raisins1/2 teaspoon allspice1/2 teaspoon cinnamon2 teaspoons cocoa1 teaspoon vinegar 9-inch unbaked pie shell Instructions Cream margarine, sugar and beaten egg yolks. Add pecans, raisins, spices, cocoa and vinegar. Mix well, then stir in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 325F and bake for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
