Osgood Pie

A delicious dessert for the holidays.


1 cup California Raisins
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Cloves
1/2 teaspoon White Apple Vingar
2/3 cup Chopped Pecans


  1. Combine eggs, sugar and beat well by hand.
  2. Add cinnamon, cloves, vinegar, raisins, and pecans and stir well by hand.
  3. Pour mixture into unbacked 9″ pie crust. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place pie on center rack and bake 45 minutes. Will have same appearance as a pecan pie.
