A delicious dessert for the holidays.
- 1 cup California Raisins
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon White Apple Vingar
- 2/3 cup Chopped Pecans
- Combine eggs, sugar and beat well by hand.
- Add cinnamon, cloves, vinegar, raisins, and pecans and stir well by hand.
- Pour mixture into unbacked 9″ pie crust. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place pie on center rack and bake 45 minutes. Will have same appearance as a pecan pie.
