Cool. Prepare orzo according to package directions. Dice onion, cut corn off cobs, dice red pepper add all to the orzo. Blend together the chopped cilantro, olive oil, juice of limes, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and serve either warm or chill until serving.
